| WE BEGIN HIRING FOR THE HARVEST SEASON IN JANUARY. |
This application is for harvest employment.
The harvest season runs from the middle of May thru November, possibly the first part of December.
You must be able to commit for the duration of the harvest season.
A valid drivers license is a requirement for employment

WE WORK LONG HOURS!
Some things that are required are
Respect for PROPERTY--
Respect for OTHERS--
Respect for YOURSELF--
Respect for WORK-TIME
You must have a sense of caring and respect for the
people around you.
You must be willing to learn and take instruction.
You must practice good safety at all times and
adhere to company guidelines.
During harvest downtime, there will be jobs around
the farm, and/or equipment maintenance to be done.
Seasonal harvest employment runs from middle of
May thru November and possibly into December,
therefore you must be 18 years of age and have no
other commitments thru November, such as school
or other employment.
Crew members will operate semi-trucks, combines,
tractors with grain carts and other equipment related
to harvesting and farm work.
As harvesters, we get paid by the quantity and quality
of our work. Our crew members also get paid by the
quantity and quality of their work.
If you have good work habits, are self-motivated,
disciplined, dependable, not afraid of hard work, and
enjoy a family-type environment, working with
